  5. Enter and confirm your new password
  6. Click Reset password — you're logged in automatically

  2. Wait a few minutes — email delivery can be delayed occasionally
  3. Try again — go back to the forgot password page and submit again (this generates a new token and invalidates the old one)
  4. Check the email address — make sure you're using the same address you registered with

If you signed up with Google (Sign in with Google), you don't have a Krokanti password — your Google account manages authentication. Use the Google login button instead of the email/password form.

After Resetting Your Password

  • Your notes, settings, and data are completely unchanged
  • If you have 2FA enabled, you'll still need your authenticator app or a backup code at the next login

Changing Your Password (While Logged In)

If you're already logged in and want to change your password:

  1. Go to Settings → Account
  2. Find the Password section
  3. Enter your current password, then your new password twice
  4. Click Save

If you use a password manager, update the saved password immediately after changing it to avoid lockout.
