How to Upgrade

Go to Settings → Subscription
Click Upgrade to Pro
You're redirected to a Stripe checkout page
Enter your credit or debit card details
Click Subscribe — you're on Pro immediately

Your account updates in real time — no page refresh needed.

Stripe is our payment processor — your card details are entered directly on Stripe's secure page and never touch our servers. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant (the highest level).

Unlimited notes (free plan caps at 100)

Payment Methods

Stripe accepts:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
Debit cards
Google Pay and Apple Pay (where supported by your browser)
SEPA Direct Debit (EU bank accounts)

Billing Cycle

Billed monthly on the same date you subscribed
Your first charge is on the day you upgrade
Receipts are emailed to your registered address after each payment

Managing Your Subscription

All billing management is handled through the Stripe Customer Portal:

Go to Settings → Subscription
Click Manage billing (or Customer portal)
You're redirected to Stripe's portal where you can:
- Update payment method
- Download past invoices
- Cancel your subscription

Failed Payments

If your payment fails:

You receive an email notification
Stripe automatically retries the charge 3 times over the following days
If all retries fail, your account is moved to the free plan (notes are not deleted)
Update your payment method in the Stripe portal to resume Pro

If your account is downgraded due to a failed payment, notes you created beyond the 100-note free limit become read-only. Update your payment method in Settings → Subscription to restore full Pro access.
