These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Krokanti Notes (notes.krokanti.com), operated by Krokanti Games SL. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Krokanti Notes is a cloud-based note-taking application that allows you to create, organize, and share notes. The service includes free and paid subscription tiers with varying features.

Your Account

You must create a Krokanti Account to use the service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create in Krokanti Notes. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your notes, files, or other content.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You may not use the service to store or share illegal content, malware, or content that violates the rights of others.

Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at hello@krokanti.com for refund requests.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice.

We perform regular database backups but recommend you also export your notes periodically using the built-in export feature.

Limitation of Liability

Krokanti Notes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krokanti Games SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your right to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction under EU consumer protection law.
